Dr Vicente Gonzalo Soler Rubio is a European Veterinary Specialist in Small Mammal Medicine and Surgery. He graduated in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad Cardenal Herrera – CEU San Pablo (Spain) and completed a university master’s in Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Jesús Usón Minimally Invasive Surgery Centre in Cáceres, Spain.

He undertook a three-year residency in Small Mammal Medicine at the Fundació Hospital Clínic Veterinari, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), where he trained under recognised specialists in exotic animal medicine.

Dr Vicente is a Diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (ECZM) in the Small Mammal specialty, recognised by the European Board of Veterinary Specialisation (EBVS). He has also served as Associate Professor of Exotic Pet Medicine at the Universidad Católica de Valencia “San Vicente Mártir”.

Dr Vicente has a strong clinical interest in internal medicine, anaesthesia and analgesia. He is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care and advancing the field of exotic animal medicine through teaching and clinical excellence.

Dr Vicente Gonzalo Soler Rubio, DVM, MSc, Dipl ECZM (Small Mammal) is a European Veterinary Expert in Small Mammal Medicine and Surgery. He graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University f Valencia (CEU San Pablo).

Following the graduation, Vicente worked in several veterinary hospitals in Spain, and started his interest in exotic patients performing externships under supervision of recognized worldwide specialist. After completion of the GPCert EX AP.,  In 2016 completed a Master degree of endoscopy at Minimally Invasive Surgery center in Caceres.  In 2017 started his residency of 3 years at Hospital Clinic Veterinary  of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.  He became a Specialist of the European College of Zoological Medicine (Small Mammals ) in 2023
