If your pet experiences a medical emergency during our regular business hours, please call us at +65 6803 8344 and we could assist to triage how urgent it is to come in.
It is considered an emergency if your bird or exotic pet is hypothermic, unresponsive, has suffered a trauma, actively bleeding, experiencing excessive vomiting or diarrhoea, struggling to breathe or has eaten something poisonous. If your special pet is showing any of the above symptoms, please bring it to a vet immediately.
